What are your hours?

Where are you located?
SenSpa is located at 1161 Gorgas Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94129, inside the Presidio. Look for the third long white building on the left along Gorgas Ave with the orange SenSpa sign out front.
How do I get there?
- From the North Bay: Take 101 South over the Golden Gate Bridge, stay left through both tunnels, and take the Presidio exit (437) from the right lanes of the second tunnel. Continue straight through the stoplight onto Gorgas Ave.
- From Downtown / Lombard St: Head north on Van Ness, turn left onto Lombard, and stay right onto the Presidio Parkway. Take exit 437 and follow the signs into the Presidio — left on Girard, then left on Gorgas.
- From the South Bay / 19th Avenue: Travel north on 19th Ave, exit right after the MacArthur Tunnel toward 101 South / Marina Blvd, stay right through the second tunnel, take exit 437, and continue straight onto Gorgas Ave.
Is there parking?
Yes — paid parking is available in designated areas around the spa, including metered spots in front of the building. Parking in the Presidio is enforced by the Presidio Trust, and SenSpa cannot intervene in parking disputes, so please plan ahead and allow a few extra minutes.
Can I get there by public transit?
Yes. Several Muni bus lines have stops within walking distance of the spa.
How do I book a treatment?
You can book online through our service menu at go.booker.com/location/senspa or by calling us at (415) 441-1777.
What is your cancellation policy?
A credit card is required to reserve every appointment, and booking with us serves as your acceptance of our cancellation terms. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full appointment fee will be charged. To cancel, please call us directly at (415) 441-1777 — your appointment isn’t considered cancelled until you receive confirmation from our team.
What happens if I'm late?
If your treatment starts late because of a late arrival, it will still end at the originally scheduled time so the next guest isn’t kept waiting. We recommend arriving a bit early to settle in.
When should I arrive?
Plan to arrive early enough to change, store your things, and enjoy the lounges before your treatment begins. Your visit includes use of the locker room and three relaxation lounges, so we encourage guests to leave room in their schedule to make the most of the experience.
What should I wear?
Whatever you’re comfortable in. When you arrive, you’ll be given a locker with a digital keypad (you set your own code) along with a robe and slippers to change into. During treatments, you can undress to your comfort level — our therapists are trained in proper draping to keep you covered and comfortable throughout.
Where can I store my belongings?
Each guest receives a locker secured with a self-set digital code. Please don’t leave valuables or important items in the lockers — SenSpa cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen property. Always double-check that your locker is locked before stepping away.
Are cell phones allowed?
We ask that you silence your phone during your visit so everyone can fully relax.
Do you allow children or teens?
There are minimum age requirements for treatments:
- Facials: Must be at least 16 years old
- Massages: Must be at least 18 years old
Can I bring my pet?
We adore pets, but only service animals can be accommodated inside the spa.
What treatments do you offer?
SenSpa offers a full menu of wellness services, including:
- Massages

- Infrared Sauna
- Couples treatments

Do you offer prenatal massage?
Yes, with some important guidelines:
- We do not recommend massage during the first trimester. For massages before 13 weeks of pregnancy, we require written approval from your physician — this is a common professional standard meant to protect you and your baby.
- Deep tissue massage is not recommended during pregnancy because of the body’s many physiological changes.
- A pregnancy pillow can be used up to 24 weeks; ask about availability when booking, as many therapists prefer a side-lying position.
- After 24 weeks, prenatal massages are generally performed side-lying at the therapist’s discretion.
I have a health condition or allergies — what should I do?
Please tell us when you book and again with your therapist before your treatment starts. This includes pregnancy, pre-existing conditions, and any allergies. Sharing this in advance helps us tailor your experience and keep you safe.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards and certificates can be purchased through our website and are available by U.S. mail, in-spa pickup, or print-at-home. Note that gift cards are non-refundable, can’t be exchanged for cash, and can’t be replaced if lost or stolen.
What's your gratuity policy?
Tipping is at your discretion. Most of our guests follow the industry standard of 20% to thank their therapist.
Can I return a product?
If a retail product doesn’t work out, bring it back with your receipt within 14 days and we’ll issue a SenSpa credit you can use toward a future visit or purchase.
